A job aid is any material that simplifies information about how to perform a task. They are an efficient and inexpensive way to help participants learn and retain information.
Basically, a job aid is any type of material that assists in the learning process. They are used across many types of organizations for corporate training, onboarding, change management/process, and any environment that requires learning or behavior modifications.
